We build molds to our customers in various industries such as Automobile industry, Electronic Industry, Household and House Appliances industry, Construction industry, all of these would require our expertise in Mold Making. Building a mold is not a simple manufacturing process, it involves a lot of high-tech equipment combined with expertise and knowledge of our engineers. Our equipment in Mold Making are all new and very precision machineries to make sure that the tolerance allowed in building the mold is controlled at the lowest tolerance possible. Our engineers in our Mold Making factory has at least 5 years experience in designing and developing new molds for our customers. We often time encounter customers that totally does not have any idea about plastic or about plastic mold making, but with our Engineers help, we were able to help the customer design a plastic mold that will give the customer the most effective way of building the mold and producing the parts. Richfields mold making capabilities has already about 10 years of experience, this 10 years of accumulated work and success has contributed to our mold making capabilities to the highest level. The key to our success in Mold Making is good Engineering, we strongly believe that in order to build a quality mold, the engineering process is extremely important, the life of the mold depends largely on how the mold is designed and how the mold will be manufacture. A good mold maker will design the mold in such a way that it will bring convenience to the injection molder, but at the same time having a goal of reducing the production cost by making fast cycle time, reducing runner weight, reducing material waste – this all contributes to having a real good mold making capabilities. |
