| Our Plastic Mold Manufacturing company follows a process that puts total emphasis on the quality. Before we build any tool, we always make a very detailed mold design layout in 2d and 3d format, this mold layout is a very sophisticated design layout using our CAD software that serves as the blueprint for our final mold design. The layout is often times submitted to our customer for approval to make sure that it fits with the molding machines in their factory. In order to further enhance our quality in Plastic mold Manufacturing process, we perform a study called mold flow analysis on every mold that we build for our customer, we perform this study in-housing using our own mold flow software by studying the CAD files in relation to the mold layout we designed. This process actually points out all the possible defects and all potential manufacturing problems before a mold is build, with this study, we are able to make sure that our Plastic Mold Manufacturing process has a 99% success rate on the first mold testing. This saves a lot of time and cost to our customer and at the same time there are a lot of issues prevented during mold testing making the entire Mold Manufacturing process very successful! |

| After the mold is tested, we also perform First Article Inspection on every part that we tested including every cavity, we send these samples together with FAIR report to our customer for verification to make sure it meets not only the dimension requirement but also the actual assembly and functionality requirement. Richfields Plastic Mold Manufacturing facility has CMM machine that can enable us to check every dimension of the part tested including the center point of the product, the radius of the part, the concave and convex areas which an ordinary machine cannot measure. With this CMM equipment, it makes our sample much more accurate and so contributes to the success of our Plastic Mold Manufacturing process! |
